Growth within Kaya is based on the philosophy of meritocracy and hence is a given for all good performers. As a young company, the entrepreneurial spirit ensures greater responsibility and autonomy at all levels. For frontline members there are plenty of opportunities to rise within our organization post structured assessment. "Growth from within" is stated as a career philosophy for Kaya. There are inputs in form of training and work exposure that is given to build leadership in people.

Recruitment Process

At Kaya, the focus is on hiring the best talent and the ideal culture fit. The broad steps are:

Screening of Profile

We receive profiles through various sources. This can come either through a consultant or you can directly apply to us at hr@kayame.net. There is a screening process to filter out the relevant profiles. The Kaya recruiter shall get in touch with you for relevant openings.

Assessments:

Depending on the role that you have applied for, a set of assessment tools will be administered to you, which can range from aptitude test to psychometric profiling.

Interviews:

These happen following the assessments (if you are selected for the subsequent round) - one or two interviews with HR and then with the Line Manager.

Referral:

At the last stage, we take feedback about you from two individuals who have known you in a professional context. For Leadership roles within Kaya there is a psychometric profiling and assessment that helps us identify your relevant behavioral competencies.

Kaya Training Institute

Kaya has the state-of-the-art training center which houses the "Kaya Training Institute." The Kaya Institute, is yet another proof of our mission of providing world class service to clients. This mission begins with providing best in class training to our people.

The training center trains the best candidates for the various roles that Kaya has to offer: Dermatologist, Relationship Managers, Client Coordinators and Skin Practitioners. The Kaya Training Institute resembles a Kaya skin clinic and provides a complete hands-on training experience to our employees. The Institute houses a large number of service rooms, training rooms, a well stocked library and reading rooms.

Each candidate undergoes a series of different training programs. The objective of the rigourous training is that by the time the candidate is certified from the training center they have all the confidence to handle clients in clinic. The kind of training provided helps our candidates to realize the main pivots of Kaya.
