Kaya has the state-of-the-art training center which houses the "Kaya Training Institute." The Kaya Institute, is yet another proof of our mission of providing world class service to clients. This mission begins with providing best in class training to our people.
The training center trains the best candidates for the various roles that Kaya has to offer: Dermatologist, Relationship Managers, Client Coordinators and Skin Practitioners. The Kaya Training Institute resembles a Kaya skin clinic and provides a complete hands-on training experience to our employees. The Institute houses a large number of service rooms, training rooms, a well stocked library and reading rooms.
Each candidate undergoes a series of different training programs. The objective of the rigourous training is that by the time the candidate is certified from the training center they have all the confidence to handle clients in clinic. The kind of training provided helps our candidates to realize the main pivots of Kaya.
